Contacting our office

The inquiry form sends your selected program, name, email address, optional phone number, and message to office@adventurelore.org through our email delivery provider, Resend. Adventurelore receives and handles the inquiry in its office email account. The website does not keep a separate database of inquiry messages. Temporary, non-readable network identifiers and attempt counts are used to limit spam. Please keep messages general and leave out clinical or other sensitive information. Our office will send any additional paperwork you need. You can also email or call the office directly.

Website delivery and security

Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, requested pages, and error records. The private staff editor uses sign-in cookies. Public visitors do not need an editor account.

Optional website statistics

Optional Google Analytics only loads on eligible public pages when enabled and after you agree to it. You can decline or change your choice using “Privacy choices” on those pages. We do not load analytics on the contact page, counseling pages, the intake prototype, article pages, or the private editor. We configure page views without URL query strings or referral URLs.

Videos and other websites

Vimeo videos load when you choose to play them. Vimeo and sites reached through external links, including Facebook and Instagram, apply their own privacy policies. Our Vimeo player links request Vimeo’s “do not track” setting.

Clinical forms

The current intake prototype is restricted to staff testing and does not submit information. Our office will tell you how to complete any required clinical paperwork. Do not enter real clinical information into a test form.
